I took my car in for an oil change and multi point inspection on 11/07/2017. I know for a fact that they did not do the inspection because I need front brakes and my windshield fluid wasn't filled so that means they didn't check my fluids. I also marked my tires to make sure they're rotated and the tires weren't rotated. I won't complain to the dealership because I'm sure it'll fall on deaf ears. I'll just take my vehicle elsewhere.

Overall great experience with this dealership. I bought my Ford here two years ago and the process was a breeze. Two months ago I had an accident and I brought my car here for repair. Accidents are so stressful and Superior Ford made the repair process quick, easy, and so much less stressful than if I took it somewhere else. I love the staff from the sales to service department, they are really here to help. Highly recommend this dealership.
