UPDATE: They were supposed to mail my license plate to me 2 weeks ago knowing I live 2 hours away as it clearly says on the bill of sale they have for me. Called four times in the last 2 weeks asking if my plate was there they said yes and they were going to mail it the next day. Well 2 weeks later still no license plate now they have me driving on an expired tag. Also the salesman knew we were financing in the first place when we asked them to sale the truck for 14k and had 4K down payment. So there shouldn’t have been any misunderstanding. If you like getting the run around shop with them!
Tried charging us 4,000 above asking price without telling because their internet prices are “cash prices” after we had already discussed a purchase price. Salesman and service manager also agreed to replace an a/c part as part of purchase but one month later a/c is still not working properly. Make sure you look over paper work and get everything in writing!
