Before I could put my car in park the waiter was walking out with my food! Curbside service is AWESOME!
I'll give this place credit for seating us quickly. We got out drinks & appetizer promptly. But, from there, it went down hill. When we received our food, it was cold. Never did get drink refills. Then... one of the guys from the kitchen came out & sat at the bar. I don't like the baggy pants & I sure didn't like trying to finish my meal with someone who has their pants around their hind end! Unacceptable. We have been to this Chili's many times, but we won't go back to the one in Zachary. Very dissatisfied.
Waited awhile before the beers got to us and they weren't that cold. Food was decent.
My evening dinner at Chili's was great. The waitress was very attentive to my needs without being overbearing. She was friendly and helpful in addressing my needs. The food tasted great... it was hot and well seasoned and prepared. I didn't have to wait long either. It was a pleasure Lee experience.
Food tasted good,but they put this new little mini-ipad type device on the table. When you start to play a game or touch the panel it triggers a $1.99 "entertainment" change to the bill. The only way we noted this charge was when we were done it said "check out now". Our server even supported we use the table to check out. The bill summary clearly showed the $1.99 charge. Needless to say we were appalled by this unannounced charge. Be careful!
