The lines are usually long, if you expect for that and plan for that, it is no problem. As busy as the post office is, I do wish they would add more cashiers or have some runners behind them to help speed things up. SOME of the employees are very nice and helpful.
If I could I would give this branch zero stars. There have been NUMEROUS times that our mail has not come at all. We have had mail in our mailbox with the flag out, same with others in our neighborhood and it is still there 24 hours later. I asked for our mail to be held while we were on vacation and it was never held (filled out the form requesting this). We came home to a completely full mailbox. We have had our mail SOAKING wet as if it has been dropped in the street or sitting outside in the rain (and it's not the mailbox due to other times it's been a downpour and everything in the mailbox is bone dry). Thankfully our neighbors are honest people because there have been packages of ours delivered to the wrong house and not just the house next door. Houses that are completely on the opposite side of the neighborhood from ours.
Fast and friendly service. Came in here to do a change of address. Short to no wait in line.
Most times, very efficient, at least better than neighbouring town, Baker! They fill out the tracking and return receipts for me. Hours on Saturday are too short, 9-11am, when most people have the time to go, and no holiday hours so far! Line steadily moves, average is appx 15 minutes from start to finish!
Horrible!!!!! I've had several packages delivered there by other carriers to be delivered over the last few months and I have yet to receive them. Don't expect to actually talk to someone if you try calling them. I've called probably 25 times and they have never even answered the phone once!!
I have gone into this branch a few times to pick up stamps, mail packages, etc and the service has been horrible. They don’t care that the office is a complete mess, that there are no packages in certain sizes so then using a bigger package you’re paying more to ship an item. You will stand and wait while they just leave the counter, not even acknowledging you and then when they do come back, they’re acting annoyed that they have to do their job. It is ridiculous.
