I'm trying to call to transfer my prescriptions to this pharmacy and was first placed on hold for over 10 min and then when I called back multiple times and pressed zero to speak to them they kept picking up and transferring me back to the start...from 2 different phones. Now I'm waiting to speak with a manager to get this horrible customer service issue addressed. I've worked in the customer service industry for years and putting customers on hold for ling periods of time and transferring calls back into the queue is work avoidance! If you don't want to assist customers then find a job elsewhere! Very dissatisfied!!!!!
