New staff that is friendly and courteous. Pizza was ready when they said it would be and the family is happy.
I keep forgetting to ONLY order wings from here. Raw dough is not good. I am an Army veteran that is proud of being able to eat any MRE with a smile and ask for more, but the pizza from the Zachary location of pizza hut had me tapout after 1 slice. Order your wings from here, but call anyone else for the pizza.
We ordered on line & ordered the pasta special. My husband went to town, we live about 15 miles from this location. After my husband stood in line for a long time, THEN did they tell him they were out of pasta. No email notice nor a simple phone call. Pizza Hut in Zachary, Louisiana just lost my business. 15 miles in the other direction is a good pizza place & better, it's not a chain that obviously doesn't care about repeat business!
Second time I've ordered the breadsticks & they were horrible. I took one bite and threw them away. I don't know if it's old dough or expired sauce but it was horrible. The pizza was fine. The driver was nice. Really disappointed.
Placed an order for delivery. They forgot part of my order so I didn't get everything I paid for. The pizza would have been good if it had been cooked all the way. Most of it was raw dough. Will not be getting food from here again.
