I've read a lot of the comments and need to say this to the gentleman who's pissed about his flooded car - "they have signs posted everywhere that a portion of the parking lot can be a flood hazard - you have one in your pic! You choose to leave it in the lower parking area and those signs were hard to "not see".
The room was spacious. The customer service was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was yummy and had a great variety of food to choose from.
When you first walk through the doors you're hit with a wonderful smell then you're greeted by smiling faces from behind the desk that make you feel like you're family. It's very clean and the rooms are wonderful. I got a wonderful night's sleep on a very comfortable bed.
You won't be disappointed! This really is a wonderful hotel!
This place and the staff are lovely! I was here for three days, waiting out Hurricane Nate (my work involves Industrial Hygiene and hazards sampling), and this hotel is super clean, the beds are perfect, the breakfast bar has SO MANY CHOICES and the staff was just fantastic.
Hotel and rooms look new and "trendy". The room I stayed in was very spacious.
This is the only place I will stay at in Zachary. Every room looks brand new and is very well maintained. The breakfast is good enough to start your day off with a full belly. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay at a very nice hotel.
