It’s pretty alright. Got the job done but they let this homeless looking man in with his aggressive ass little dog! Kinda scary! Don’t bring ur kids! He comes by everyday apparently from what I’ve asked so this is not a one time thing!
I was very impressed with my laundry service. Should have taken a picture of how awesome my clothes were folded. Definitely recommend the wash dry fold service here. Will be using them from now on.
The lady who owns this place is rude and horrible. The first time I went there I was told the restroom in the laundry mat was out of service and the AC was too. I asked the man behind the counter in the convenience store who owns the laundry mat if my two year old daughter could use the bathroom and at first he said no but then said ok quickly. I also was told that they will not break bills. So my second experience there the restrooms were still not in working conditions or the AC and the change machine was out of order. My husband and I would take turns driving our children to the bathroom at either the kangaroo or family dollar which are the closest places because the owners would not allow my kids to use their bathroom at their store adjacent to the laundry mat. My third and last experience, the restrooms and AC still don't work, the laundry started to smell like urine after getting out of dryer, and two out of three of my dryers would stop working and when I asked the owner if she could refund or credit me for the quarters and time lost on the machine she said no and started mouthing off and yelling back and forth with me she tried saying that you are suppose to push the button three times for 30 minutes and that it wasn't her loss but this wasn't annotated on the produces for working the dryers or anywhere in the facility. I was there alone with my 5 year old and after my altercation with the lady she wouldn't let my 5 year old daughter use her restroom and I couldn't just leave and drive to a restroom because she wouldn't make it and I had folded laundry sitting on the counter I felt so helpless and my daughter ended up peeing on herself. This place is not worth putting money into I hope it closes down someday. I will never go back there!
They are nice and friendly. The lady who owns it is excellent at cleaning handmade quilts. I wouldn't take them anywhere else!!!
Needed to do laundry on Christmas day. This place was open and was clean. Highly recommended.
