The lady that did my hair BUTCHERED it!!! Customer service is unprofessional and they are all rude
Charged me 18 for a trim then told me it would be 25 the next time

I had a bad experience years ago and decided to give it another shot. I now have a PERMANENT hair stylist. Ms. Jay! She listens , pays attention to detail, and has always given me exactly what I ask for. She does a great job with trends, and stylish dos. I am so glad to finally have a stylist that not only knows what she is doing and how to do it But that listens and always does it with a smile. I can't speak for the other stylist but Jay is great. The shop is clean and nice. And 6 months after my initial review she is still doing my hair fabulously :)
