They are never open on time, long lines in drive-thru, and my account gets random charges quite often. Will be switching to Chase very shortly.

The regions in zachary is terrible. Always lines out the door. They have 2 tellers that are never in a hurry to get you out the door. The regions branch is new roads is amazing. 90 percent of the time I'll drive 30 minutes to new roads and avoid zachary all together.
